The starting
point.
BLUECOM Stratégies is an elite, high-level communications and strategic consulting firm. Co-founded by two distinguished leaders of the Senegalese media and public affairs landscapes, the agency leverages 30 years of high-level government counsel experience to formulate impactful, legacy-defining communications for corporate executives, NGOs, and national political leaders.
The goal was to establish a prestigious web presence that serves as a digital verification point for international partners and governmental organizations.
What needed
to change.
The problem was a gap in brand authority. Despite holding an exceptional, decades-long offline reputation in institutional circles, BLUECOM lacked any digital storefront. When foreign firms or major global agencies attempted to research the firm online, they found no centralized resource detailing their credentials, leading to friction in verifying stature and initiating consultations.
The design challenge lay in balancing institutional conservatism with modern digital elegance. The site had to feel established, highly reliable, and corporate, without feeling outdated, heavy, or difficult to navigate on mobile devices.
A clearer path
to action.
We designed and developed an authority-driven landing page. The platform establishes immediate trust using deep institutional blue, clean serif typography hierarchy, and a light grid texture, guiding users directly toward scheduling strategic consultations.
Instead of just listing services, the site narratively constructs a legacy by highlighting the founders' profiles, institutional track records, and a structured, 4-step consulting methodology (Diagnostic, Recommandation, Exécution, and Impact Measurement).

Authority design relies on restraint. By utilizing generous whitespace, structured layouts, and limiting colors to institutional tones, we project professional weight and reliability, aligning the site with the firm's elite advisory reputation.
