Use of the website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with its security or operation, or try to access parts of it you are not authorized to access
- Submit false information, or information about someone else without their permission
- Copy, scrape or reuse its content at scale, including with automated tools, without our written permission

Our services
The Website describes our services for information only. It is not an offer that can be accepted online. Any project, its scope, price, timeline, payment terms and any guarantee are set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by you and Studio Mouss. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
Booking a free consultation does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either party to work together.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, logos, guides and other content on the Website belong to Studio Mouss or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Website, share links to it and download our free guides for your own business use. You may not resell, republish or present our content as your own.
Client work shown in our portfolio is presented with permission. Client names, brands and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Free guides and tools
Our free resources, such as The Website Leak Guide and The Website Leak Audit, provide general information to help you think about your website. They are not professional, legal or financial advice tailored to your situation, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make based on them.
Website content and accuracy
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is always complete or current.
Examples, case studies and testimonials describe past projects and individual experiences. They are not a promise of similar results. Website outcomes such as traffic, search rankings, leads, bookings and revenue depend on many factors outside our control.
Third-party links
The Website links to and uses third-party services, such as Calendly for bookings and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use the Website. It forms part of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Mouss is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its free resources.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, unless the law of your place of residence gives you a different right.
